Vehicle towing
Light-duty towing for cars and small SUVs
Elliott reviews towing requests for common passenger vehicles, small SUVs, disabled vehicles, shop-to-shop moves, and planned pickups in the Virginia Beach area. The destination, vehicle condition, loading access, route, and equipment fit all matter.
This is a light-duty operation. Calling first prevents a mismatch when a vehicle is unusually large, heavily damaged, blocked in, missing wheels, sitting in a low-clearance location, or otherwise needs specialized equipment.
Helpful details to have ready
- Vehicle year, make, model, and general condition
- Pickup location and intended destination
- Whether the vehicle rolls, steers, brakes, and shifts into neutral
- Parking-garage clearance, gate access, tight spaces, or damaged wheels
Roadside assistance
Help for common roadside problems
A roadside problem does not always require a tow. Elliott can review the situation by phone and determine whether one of these common services fits the vehicle, location, and conditions.
Tire changes
Roadside tire-change requests when the vehicle has a usable spare and the location allows the work to be performed safely. Share whether the spare, wheel-lock key, jack points, and lug hardware are available.
Battery jump starts
Jump-start requests for common passenger vehicles when a weak battery may be the problem. A jump cannot repair a failed battery, alternator, starter, damaged cable, or another mechanical issue.
Fuel delivery
Fuel-delivery requests when a vehicle runs out within the service area. Tell Elliott the required fuel type and exact location. A vehicle that still will not start may need a different service.
Vehicle unlocks
Vehicle-unlock requests are reviewed using the vehicle, location, access, and authorization details. Some vehicles or security systems may require a locksmith or manufacturer-specific assistance.
Light-duty winch-outs
Recovery requests are reviewed case by case. Terrain, mud or sand depth, vehicle condition, safe anchor points, access, traffic, and the risk of further damage affect whether Elliott can accept the job.
Planned and special requests
Transport help beyond a standard tow
Elliott can discuss select multi-vehicle moves, bumper-pull trailers, boats, RVs, some equipment trailers, track-day support, paddock assistance, and community-event appearances. These are reviewed in advance because load, hitch, route, distance, timing, and equipment requirements vary.
Describing the request does not guarantee it can be accepted. Call with the full details before making plans around a specific time.
Local coverage
Virginia Beach is the primary service area
Pickup requests may come from areas such as the Oceanfront, Town Center, Kempsville, Lynnhaven, Great Neck, Princess Anne, Chic's Beach, and Pungo. These are service-area examples, not guaranteed boundaries or arrival times.
Call to discuss the exact pickup and destination. Traffic, weather, previously accepted jobs, access, distance, and equipment needs affect current availability.
