Public website

The public pages, planned-service form, secure support form, career-interest form, and one-time location share do not set an advertising or analytics cookie or use browser local storage for behavioral tracking. A browser's Save-Data request header may cause the server to return the text-first low-data page; that preference is not stored by this website. Because no optional cookies are used on the public site, a marketing-cookie consent banner is not currently necessary.

Cloudflare security

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It may set the first-party cf_clearance cookie after an automated security check so the browser can be recognized as legitimate. This cookie is strictly necessary for security and abuse prevention; it is not used for advertising or behavioral tracking. Cloudflare may also collect cookieless, aggregated website-performance measurements.

Private portal sessions

After successful verification, the server may set one of four separate essential cookies. Each is first-party, blocked from JavaScript with HttpOnly, restricted with Secure and SameSite=Strict, and kept for up to eight hours or until sign-out, rotation, revocation, or deactivation:

• elliotts_manager_session for the owner dashboard after a one-time email code
• elliotts_team_session for the team portal after a valid owner-issued team link
• elliotts_account_session for a commercial or property account portal after a valid owner-issued account link
• elliotts_form_session for a recipient-specific electronic acknowledgment after its private link

These cookies authenticate only their own role and cannot be substituted for one another.

Other browser storage

The site does not store manager credentials, private-link keys, customer intake details, team records, private files, or advertising identifiers in local storage or session storage. Private-link keys are placed after #, read into page memory, and removed from the address bar immediately. Interface code uses ordinary in-memory state while a form or page is open. An eligible support-intake page temporarily holds a file authorization in page memory only long enough to attach selected files or check that intake's limited status; refreshing or closing the page clears it.

Third-party destinations

Following a review, social-media, directory, mapping, telephone, or messaging link takes you to another service. That provider may use cookies under its own notice and settings. Those services are linked rather than embedded, so they do not set their cookies merely because you view this website.

Browser controls

You can block or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking an essential session cookie will prevent the corresponding private portal from staying signed in, but it will not prevent use of the public website.

Changes

This notice will be updated if analytics, advertising, payment, chat, or other tools that use cookies are added.
