How to report

Call Elliotts Towing LLC at 757-748-8285 and state that you need to report a website security issue. Relay calls are welcome through 711. Provide a safe callback method and a brief description. Do not include exploit code, passwords, private status or portal links, upload tokens, session cookies, payment-card information, or another person's personal information in a voicemail or text message.

Responsible testing guidelines

Do not access, alter, upload, download, retain, or disclose customer, applicant, employee, account, location, or file data; disrupt service; perform denial-of-service testing; send automated form spam; attempt social engineering; or test third-party services. Do not upload malware or active-content test files. Stop testing and report the issue if you encounter private data.

Response

The business will review good-faith reports and prioritize issues based on likely impact. A response time, reward, public credit, or safe-harbor commitment is not guaranteed. Activity that violates law or harms customers is not authorized.

Protect a private link

A team, account, request-status, or electronic-acknowledgment link may grant access to a limited private record. Do not post, index, forward, or store it in a public system. If a link may be exposed, call the business so the owner can rotate, revoke, or deactivate it. The site stores one-way digests of bearer credentials and separates owner, team, account, and acknowledgment sessions, but a complete link must still be treated as confidential.
