Website terms
Terms of use
These terms apply to this website and its public requests, private status, account and team portals, electronic acknowledgments, feedback, location, and file features. They do not replace the specific price, timing, authorization, scope, employment, or service terms confirmed through the appropriate business process.
Effective August 14, 2026
Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not submit the online form.
Business identity
Elliott's Towing is the public-facing name used by Elliotts Towing LLC for towing and roadside services in and around Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Not an emergency channel
The website is not monitored as an emergency channel. For urgent roadside help, call 757-748-8285. Relay calls are welcome through 711. If anyone faces an immediate threat to life or safety, contact emergency services.
Online requests are not confirmations
Submitting the planned-service form sends a request for review. It does not guarantee acceptance, reserve a truck, create a dispatch commitment, or confirm a pickup time. Service becomes confirmed only after direct communication with Jacob.
Availability, quotes, and arrival times
Availability shown online is a conservative planning aid, not live dispatch status or truck tracking. Prices and arrival estimates depend on the vehicle, route, access, equipment, traffic, weather, prior jobs, applicable fees, and other conditions. The site does not display a price estimator. A quote or arrival estimate is valid only as communicated for that request and may change if the facts or conditions change.
Support and account paths
A commercial-account inquiry, property-manager request, transport quote request, or vehicle/release question is only a request for review. It does not approve an account, establish that Elliott's Towing has custody of a vehicle, verify a requester's authority, confirm release requirements, accept a transport, provide a final quote, or create an appointment. Call for time-sensitive matters.
Private links and manual status
A request, team, account, or electronic-acknowledgment link is a bearer credential. You agree to keep it private, use it only for the person or organization and purpose for which it was issued, sign out on shared devices, and call Elliott's Towing if it may be compromised. The owner may rotate, revoke, expire, or deactivate access. A status page contains a limited manually updated record; it is not live tow-truck tracking, a route, an automatic arrival estimate, a unit assignment, or proof that service is confirmed.
Private partner accounts
Private commercial and property access allows an authorized contact to send questions and view only that account's request history. It is not credit approval, proof of property authority, a nonconsensual-tow order, a dispatch channel, proof of custody, release approval, or a standing price agreement. The contact is responsible for keeping access within the authorized organization and supplying accurate, relevant information.
Career interest
The career-interest form is not a statement that a position is open and does not create an interview, offer, employment relationship, or promise of future contact. Career-interest records do not accept file uploads. Do not submit Social Security numbers, driver's-license data, medical information, financial details, or other sensitive onboarding records in text fields.
Typed acknowledgment
The secure forms record the name typed by the submitter, form version, consent selection, and submission time as evidence that the person intended to send the stated request. That acknowledgment permits review and a direct response; it is not marketing consent, a towing authorization, a property-tow authorization, a vehicle-release approval, a service contract, or an employment agreement.
Electronic acknowledgments
When the owner sends a recipient-specific acknowledgment, the page displays the exact text, version, content hash, expiration, and current status. A signer must separately agree to use the electronic process, confirm the ability to access and retain the record, and state an intent to sign by typing a name. The recipient may print the record and may request a paper alternative by phone without a website fee. The created text is immutable; it may expire or be marked void. Unless the page and a separate business process expressly say otherwise after appropriate review, it is not a towing authorization, service contract, title or identity verification, or vehicle-release approval.
Team scheduling and timecards
Private team access is limited to operational announcements, text resources, schedules, internal requests, and employee-entered timecards. A submitted timecard is immutable; a correction requires a new record, while the owner may approve, reject, or void the original with a recorded review. Calculated minutes are provided for payroll handoff only. This website does not process payroll, calculate wages or taxes, or replace the employer's official wage, tax, unemployment, or personnel records.
Private feedback and public reviews
Private feedback is delivered to the business and is not automatically published. Contact permission covers only a response about that feedback and is not marketing consent. Public review destinations are separate, optional, available regardless of the submitted rating or sentiment, and governed by the destination's own terms. No incentive is offered. Do not submit false, unlawful, threatening, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
Customer responsibilities
When making a request, you agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, pickup, destination, and access information; disclose known conditions that may affect safe towing; remain reachable; and confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to arrange service for it. Do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords, medical information, or unrelated sensitive data.
Private files
For an eligible support intake, you may upload only files you are authorized to share and that are relevant to the request. Career-interest records do not accept files. Do not upload malicious content or unnecessary sensitive information. File-type checks and metadata removal reduce risk but do not prove a file is safe or authentic. An uploaded document is not accepted as authorization, ownership proof, identity verification, or release eligibility unless Jacob confirms that directly.
Payment
The public website does not collect payment-card information or process a payment. Payment amount, mandatory fees, method, timing, and any third-party payment path are confirmed directly in connection with an accepted job.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or abusive requests, scrape customer or manager information, introduce malicious code, or use the site in violation of law or another person's rights.
Website content
Website content is provided for general information and may be corrected or updated without notice. Service descriptions do not promise that every vehicle, route, recovery, or roadside condition can be handled. Business photos, About-page wording, social links, and review highlights are selected by the authorized manager. Public images require a recorded rights and release attestation; review highlights require a genuine-source record and advertising permission. Those controls do not transfer ownership of third-party material or replace a required written release.
Third-party links
Links to review services, social-media profiles, directories, maps, payment providers, or other services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and Elliotts Towing LLC does not control their availability or content. A displayed link is not an endorsement by the third-party service.
Website availability
The website may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued. Do not depend on the website as the only way to reach the business for a time-sensitive request.
Limits related to website use
To the extent allowed by law, Elliotts Towing LLC is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on an unconfirmed online request, an unavailable website, inaccurate information supplied by a user, or a third-party website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the website or service workflow changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
